Russian ferrous imports rebound in July, down on-year
Russian ferrous product imports decreased over January-July, according to the country’s federal customs data monitored by Kallanish.
Seven-month imports of ferrous products under HS code 72 were 2.97 million tonnes, down by -32.8% on-year.
However, in July alone imports increased by 22.7% compared with the previous month to 465,100t. In June imports decreased by -10.7% on-month to 378,000t.
