Russian billet suppliers assess foreign markets post holidays
Russian billet suppliers have returned from the long May holiday, assessing the situation in foreign markets, Kallanish notes.
Some Russian mills, which were offering billet at $505-510/tonne fob Black Sea last week amid holidays in Russia, adjusted them from 13 May to slightly above $500/t fob.
