Russian 2021 car output grows despite semiconductor shortages
Carmakers in Russia increased output in 2021, according to Russian industry minister Denis Manturov.
Last year, over 1.5 million vehicles were assembled, up 10% on-year, Kallanish notes. The production of passenger cars amounted to more than 1.3 million units, which is about 8% higher than in 2020.
