Russia ramps up first-quarter stainless steel output
Russia’s production of stainless steel increased in January-March to 59,100 tonnes, up by 20.4% on-year, show national statistical service Rosstat data monitored by Kallanish.
In March alone, stainless production increased by 36.9% on-year to 23,600t. In February output was 18,300t, more by 18.6%.
