Russia invests millions in automotive components amid shortages
The Russian government has allocated RUB 30 billion ($464 million) to support the automotive component industry, says Russian deputy prime minister Yury Borisov.
Russia’s industry and trade ministry has included the measure in the second package of its plan to support the Russian economy in the face of sanctions, he told Russia 24. The funds will be distributed to manufacturers through grants from the Industrial Development Fund (IDF).
