Russia considers extending quota for scrap exports
Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade is considering extending the commodity quota for the export of ferrous scrap outside the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) beyond 30 June, says head of the ministry’s ferrous metallurgy development department Andrey Savelyev.
