Russel Metals to acquire Sanborn Tube
North American metal distribution and processing company Russel Metals has entered into an agreement to acquire Sanborn Tube Sales of Wisconsin, Kallanish reports.
According to a notice published by Russel Metals, closing on the deal is expected to occur on or before 31 December. Financial information regarding the acquisition was not disclosed.
