Russel Metals experiences quarterly gains, on-year losses
North American metal distribution and processing company Russel Metals has experienced slight quarterly gains in the third quarter. However, the company remains down significantly on-year, Kallanish reports.
In its third quarter ending 30 September, Russel recorded a net profit of CAD 18.2 million ($13.9m) on sales of CAD 614.9m. This is up slightly from the company's profit of CAD 18.1m on sales of CAD 869.2m in the third quarter of 2019.
