Russel cinches DuBose Steel buy
North American service centre chain Russel Metals has closed on its acquisition of DuBose Steel, Kallanish reports.
Dubose operates processing centres in Roseboro and Fayetteville, North Carolina. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed, but Russel notes that DuBose boasts annual revenue of about CAD 85 million ($67.84m).
