Russel buys Color Steels Inc
North American service centre chain Russel Metals has bought pre-painted steel specialist Color Steels Inc, Kallanish reports.
Color operates facilities in Thornhill, Ontario, and Laval, Quebec. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed, but Russel notes that Color generated revenues of CAD 45 million ($36.4m) in 2016.
