Russel to buy DuBose Steel
Toronto-based service centre chain Russel Metals has agreed to buy DuBose Steel, Kallanish reorts.
DuBose operates facilities in Roseboro and Fayetteville, North Carolina, and its business revolves around the structural steel market along the East Coast and Southeastern US.
Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed, but DuBose boasted 2017 revenue of $66.85 million. The buy is expected to close in the second quarter.
