Roy Hill ‘very close’ to 55m t/y
Australia’s Roy Hill will not achieve its target of operating at 55 million tonnes/year of iron ore output by the end of the year but it “will be very close,” according to chief executive Barry Fitzgerald, speaking at an Industry conference in Dalian last week. The miner will not be supply many spot cargos but is a major source of new seaborne supply, Kallanish notes.
