Roy Hill may delay shipments, sue Samsung
Australia’s Roy Hill Holdings is taking Samsung C&T to court over delays to the 55 million tonnes/year Roy Hill iron ore project. Further doubt has been cast on earlier claims that first shipments may occur this month, with some suggesting it could be delayed until 2016, Kallanish notes.
