Rizhao Steel closes sintering machines, converters
Shandong Province's Rizhao city government shut down two sintering machines, one blast furnace and one converter of Rizhao Steel in the first half of this year, according to the Rizhao Daily. This was in order to complete part of its delayed 2015 capacity elimination target.
