Riva continues to invest and hire in Germany
Italian steelmaker Riva is pledging to keep up investment at its German operations this year, and also to hire new staff.
The company has invested €25 million ($26.3m) and €30m in 2015 and 2016, respectively at its two main mills in Hennigsdorf, near Berlin, and Brandenburg on the Havel. For the current year, it envisages spending another two-million digit euro amount, a spokesman tells Kallanish, confirming reports in the local Brandenburg press.…
