Riva family complains to EU competition commissioner
The Riva family, previous owners of Italian steelmaker Ilva, have filed a letter to EU competition commissioner Margrethe Vestager attacking the Italian government and the reasons behind the state intervention in Ilva, Kallanish learns.
The letter, published by Italian magazine Panorama, has the objective of clarifying the current situation, “… and to preserve our right to demand compensation," the document says.
