RINL slightly lowers pig iron for July
India’s Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has held domestic list prices for representative sizes of different long products and billet for July, Kallanish notes. It has very slightly lowered its pig iron price however.
Prices for 5.5mm, 7mm and 8mm wire rod remain at INR 43,090/tonne ($626.21/t), INR 42,690/t and INR 41,810/t respectively.
The company’s 8mm rebar list price stays flat at INR 42,330/t.
