RINL lowers rebar price for November
India’s Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has raised all but one of its monthly domestic list prices for representative sizes of different long products and billet for November, Kallanish notes. The price for 8mm rebar has been lowered and that for pig iron remains unchanged.
Prices for 5.5mm, 7mm and 8mm wire rod are increased by 1-4-1.5% from the previous list to INR 35,700/tonne ($495.55/t), INR 35,300/t and INR 35,200/t respectively. …
