S+B resumes talks to sell part of its European distribution business
Schmolz + Bickenbach (S+B) has given the projected sale of its European distribution activities new impetus. The long products maker says that it has resumed discussions for the sale of the business which were suspended late last year in the absence of any satisfactory offers.
