Renault ramps up vehicle production in Algeria
French car maker Renault is ramping up production at its Algerian plant in Oued Tlélat in the city of Oran, a source close to the company tells Kallanish.
After starting production at the end of 2014, the plant is now working on two shifts, with a production capacity of 10,000 units. In 2016 a third team will be added to enable an increase in production in line with improved car global demand, the source says.
