Reliance Steel acquires two KMS precision fabrication plants
US service centre chain Reliance Steel has acquired KMS Fab and KMS South, Kallanish reports.
The KMS Companies' combined net sales were $23.3 million in 2017. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KMS specialises in precision sheet metal fabrication using laser cutting, stamping, turret punching, machining, powder coating, and welding.
