Reliance buys Arkansas' Best Manufacturing
US service centre chain Reliance Steel & Aluminum has acquired sheet fabricator Best Manufacturing of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Kallanish learns from a company release.
The transaction was completed effective April 1. Reliance did not disclose terms of the transaction, but notes that Best’s 2015 sales were about $20 million. The company primarily serves the trucking, agriculture and energy industries.
