Reliance to buy tube and bar distributor
US service centre chain Reliance Steel & Aluminum plans to buy St. Louis, Missouri, pipe and bar service centre Tubular Steel Inc (TSI), Kallanish understands.
Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close early next year, were not disclosed by Reliance. In 2014, TSI’s net sales totalled about $200 million.
