Reliance adds banker to board of directors
US service centre chain Reliance Steel & Aluminum has added a former managing director of Goldman Sachs to its board, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Robert McEvoy’s appointment expands Reliance’s board size from 9 members to 10. Prior to retiring from Goldman Sachs in April 2014, McEvoy served with investment banks Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston.
