Red October production continues gradual rebound
Production at Russia’s Red October (Krasny Oktyabr) increased slightly in October, the company says. It amounted to 26,500 tonnes, up by 3% on-year.
Finished rolled products output amounted to 18,925t, and around 5,832t of steel were exported.
In September steel output was 25,900t (see Kallanish passim).
The Volgograd-based steelmaker produced 158,490t of stainless steel in January-October, up by 4% on-year.
