Rebar difficulties see Turkish mills turn to billet
Turkish mills are expected to supply more billet over rebar owing to difficulties offsetting reduced US-bound rebar exports and domestic sales with shipments to Southeast Asia and the Far East. This is according to the International Rebar Exporters and Producers Association (Irepas).
