PSA to double planned Moroccan vehicle output
Production at French carmaker PSA’s first Moroccan plant due to start in 2019 will be doubled compared to the initial plan to build 90,000 units, Kallanish learns from a source close to the company.
The plant, located in Kénitra near Rabat, which involves an investment of almost €560 million ($649.9m), should produce close to 200,000 units by 2020. Work on the plant has started, the source says.
