Private mills account for 93% Hebei steel profits
Hebei province achieved CNY 65.762 billion ($10.16 billion) in steel industry profits over January to November 2017, of which CNY 61.768 billion were from private steelmakers. This according to data from the Hebei Metallurgical Industry Association.
