Primetals wins ArcelorMittal Mexico hot strip mill contract
Steel industry technology supplier Primetals Technologies has bagged an order from ArcelorMittal to supply a new hot strip mill and a hot skin pass mill for its Mexican operations, the equipment supplier tells Kallanish. ArcelorMittal has announced the construction of a new mill at Lázaro Cárdenas to meet the anticipated increased demand requirements from domestic customers (see Kallanish passim).
