Primetals supplies flats mini-mill to Fujian Dingsheng
Fujian Dingsheng Iron & Steel, a subsidiary of Henan Yaxin Steel Group, has started up its eco-friendly mini-mill for flat products consisting of two Quantum electric arc furnaces and an Arvedi ESP line.
