Prairie cements Jan Karski claim, faces Debiensko hurdle
Poland’s Supreme Administrative Court has rejected Bogdanka’s complaints against the Ministry of Environment (MOE)’s refusal of the miner’s application for a mining concession for the Jan Karski Mine.
