Posco’s Q1 profit rise to ten-year high
South Korean steel producer Posco has reported KRW 1.55 trillion ($1.39 billion) in January-quarter operating profit, hitting the highest level since Q2 in 2011 with an increase of 120% year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
The company’s quarterly revenue, meanwhile, rose 10.5% y-o-y to KRW 16.1 trillion.
