Posco Holdings to relocate headquarters to Pohang
Posco Holdings Inc., parent company of South Korea’s biggest steelmaker, received approval from shareholders on 17 March to relocate its headquarters to Pohang from Seoul, Kallanish notes.
Posco split off its steel operations and became a holding company in order to search for fresh growth businesses and increase shareholder value in 2022 (see Kallanish passim).
