Posco Group appoints new chief executive
Former Posco president Jang In-hwa has been appointed the next chief executive of Posco Group, the company reveals.
This was announced at an extraordinary board meeting of Posco Holdings, the holding company of Posco Group. As the sole candidate for ceo, Jang will officially take office after the resolutions of the regular shareholders' meeting and board meeting on 21 March, Kallanish learns. His term will last three years.
