Posco delays Gwangyang blast furnace restart again
Major South Korean steelmaker Posco has again postponed the date to restart the No.3 Blast furnace at its Gwangyang plant, Kallanish notes.
In early June, Posco said the No.3 BF would remain idle until the end of June, after missing its original plan to restart in late May. The company has now pushed back the resumption date due to weak demand under the impact of Covid-19. It has not yet announced a new restart date.
