Port Hedland sees strong June iron ore shipments
Australia’s Port Hedland iron ore shipments fell back month-on-month in June from May’s highest-ever monthly volume ever exported from the terminal, Kallanish notes. The Pilbara, Western Australian port still saw monthly cargoes holding above the 43 million-tonne mark however, supported once again by another strong month for Chinese exports.
