Port Hedland iron ore shipments set new record
Australia’s Port Hedland saw iron ore shipments soar to a new all-time high in June 2018, Kallanish notes. The Pilbara, Western Australian shipping terminal saw cargoes rise strongly from May’s previous year-to-date peak to once again hit the highest monthly volume so far this year and in fact, the highest ever recorded.
