Port Hedland iron ore shipments rise in February

Australia’s Port Hedland increased its iron ore shipments year-on-year in February 2018, Kallanish notes. The Pilbara, Western Australian shipping terminal saw cargoes fall back however from the volume shipped in January. February cargoes to China upticked very slightly on-year with shipments grossing 31,292,434 tonnes compared to 30,194,125t during the same month in 2017.
