Port Hedland China iron exports hit new high
Monthly iron ore shipments from Port Hedland in Western Australia’s Pilbara having surged in August, were strong again in September, according to statistics released by the Port Authority and monitored by Kallanish. Although the total volume shipped was lower than in the previous month, despatches to China grew again to a new record volume.
