Pittini Group acquires ex-Riva steel mill in Verona
FIN FER SpA, long products maker Pittini Group’s holding company, has officially completed the acquisition of Riva Acciaio’s operation in Verona, Kallanish learns. The acquisition was completed through the new subsidiary Acciaierie di Verona, Gruppo Pittini confirms in a statement.
