Pipe Logix: Line pipe prices slip in September
US line pipe prices appear to have deteriorated in September, pushed down by falling domestic prices, according to analyst Pipe Logix.
Pipe Logix puts average, distributor-level line pipe pricing for September at $1,974/short ton, down -1.4% from August.
Domestic prices are now at $2,195/st, down -2.4% from August, while import prices are $1,753/st, down -0.2%.
