SHP's iron ore production grows in March
Iron ore producer Shougang Hierro Peru (SHP) saw its output increase year-on-year in March, Kallanish learns from monthly data issued by the local Mines and Energy Ministry.
Peru's sole iron ore producer output totalled 833,360 tonnes in March, 9.12% more compared to the same month last year. Cumulative production reached 2.24 million tonnes in Q1 2017, up by almost 7% y-o-y.
