Peru’s October iron ore output reaches 2021 high
Peruvian iron ore production rose sequentially in October. Output was also high year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest Peruvian mines and energy ministry (Minem) report, iron ore output reached 1.19 million tonnes in the month, 43.4% more than September and up by 9.8% y-o-y. This volume was the highest so far this year.
