Peru`s November iron ore production increases following strike
Iron ore production in Peru rose again year-on-year, both monthly and cumulatively in November according to data issued by the country's mines and energy ministry (MEM) and monitored by Kallanish.
Iron ore output increased by 29.3% y-o-y to 901,253 tonnes in November after the miner Shougang Hierro Perú SAA resumed production following a workers' strike in October that lasted 20 days, MEM confirms.
