Peru’s iron ore output improves on-month in January
Peruvian iron ore production increased sequentially in January but was down on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest Peruvian mines and energy ministry (Minem) report, iron ore output reached almost 795,348 tonnes during the first month of 2022. This volume was 5.4% higher over December but 29.6% less on-year.
