Peru’s iron ore output decreases in February
Peruvian iron ore production fell in February. Two-month-though-February performance, nevertheless, remained higher on-year, Kallanish notes.
According to the latest Peruvian mines and energy ministry (Minem) report, iron ore output reached 888,450 tonnes in February. This volume was 21.3% lower over January and 9.3% down year-on-year.
