Peru’s iron ore output continues rising in February
Peruvian iron ore production rose month-on-month in February but was weaker year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
Iron ore output reached 1.18 million tonnes in the month. This was up 5.1% versus January’s 1.12mt, but 2.1% lower y-o-y, according to the latest Peruvian Mines and Energy Ministry (Minem) report.
