Peru dismisses anti-dumping duties on Brazilian, Mexican rebar
The Peruvian National Institute for the Defence of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) has decided not to impose duties on imports of Brazilian and Mexican rebar. The authority announced the closer of its anti-dumping investigation on 25 April, according to a note published in the country’s Official Gazette El Peruano monitored by Kallanish.
