Pellet line maintenance slashes Ferrexpo's second-quarter output
Ferrexpo reported a -2.9% on-quarter decline in iron ore pellet production in the second quarter to 2.51 million tonnes, despite an 11.6% rise in output of its basic 62% Fe content pellet to 167,230t.
The Swiss-headquartered Ukrainian pellet maker stopped pellet line no.1 for refurbishment lasting around 65 days during Q2.
