Pakistan's ISL heads for 1mt cold-rolled capacity
International Steels Limited (ISL) plans to expand its cold rolling capacity in the first quarter of 2018 by 400,000 tonnes/year. The PKR 5.6 billion ($53.43 million) investment, which also includes a new pickling line, will be financed through its own equity plus long-term loans.
